AIM has developed national and local programs to implement its goals. The national programs are: an Annual Business Meeting & Training Seminar (ABMTS), Regional Council Programs, Combined Federal Campaign, NTEU and Race Relations, Recruitment Initiatives, Career Plans and Equal Employment and Affirmative Action Programs.

Activities initiated by local chapters include: Adopt-a-School Program, Project Literacy Activities, Student Scholarships, Toastmasters, VITA Program, Recruitment Drives, Mock Interviews, Health Services and Financial Services. Some of the documents governing our organization are listed below:
